This notice describes what personal data this website collects, why, and for how long. It covers raienox.ai only. RaieNox.academy is a separate site with its own notice, and nothing sent here is shared with it.
It is written to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, to the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect, and why
Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your name, your work email, your organisation, your role if you give it, the area you chose and your message. We use them to reply to you and to prepare any proposal that follows. The message is delivered to our inbox; the website keeps no copy.
Insights. If you subscribe to Insights we keep the address you gave and when. Nothing is sent until you open the confirmation link we email, and an address that never confirms is never written to again. Every email carries a link that removes the address, and that link does not expire.
Technical. The address you connect from, for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and the usual server logs. The site is served through Cloudflare, Inc., which sees the same.

Where your data is held
The site runs on infrastructure in India, reached through Cloudflare's global network. If you are in the UK or the EEA your data is transferred outside your region, relying on the Standard Contractual Clauses and on encryption in transit.
What we do not do
We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models. This site uses no analytics and no cookies that follow you across sites.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation, and any engagement that follows, needs them, and then for no longer than 24 months after our last exchange. Insights addresses are kept until you unsubscribe; an address that never confirms is deleted after 30 days. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. In the UK or the EEA you may also object to a use based on legitimate interests.
If you think we have got this wrong, tell us first, though you do not have to. In India you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, in the UK to the Information Commissioner's Office, and in the EEA to the supervisory authority where you live.
Changes
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
